PAMICO SPRAY DRYER
Technical Specifications & Business Insights
Product Overview:
PAMICO Spray Dryers are designed for continuous drying applications, converting liquid feed into fine powder through rapid evaporation. Ideal for industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and essential oils, ensuring high efficiency, uniform particle size, and controlled moisture content.
Common Applications:
Food Industry: Milk powder, coffee, tea extracts, fruit & vegetable powders, flavors, starch, egg powder.
Pharmaceuticals: Herbal extracts, enzymes, antibiotics, probiotics, vitamins.
Essential Oils & Chemicals: Encapsulated flavors, fragrances, detergents, polymers, pigments.
Working Principle:
Liquid Feed Preparation: The raw material (solution, slurry, or suspension) is pumped into the spray dryer.
Atomization: The liquid is atomized into fine droplets using a high-speed rotary disc or pressure nozzle.
Hot Air Contact: Heated air is introduced into the drying chamber, instantly evaporating moisture from the droplets.
Powder Formation: The dried particles are collected via cyclone separators or bag filters, ensuring uniform powder consistency.
Exhaust & Recovery: Moist air exits through an exhaust system, while fine powder is recovered efficiently.
